That's a parking payment machine in the street. So? So there's no time limit and you don't have to run feed the meter every hour. You pay at the end, the smart machine tells you how much time your car spent there (there's some detector in the ground underneath your car) and voila!Voila une bonne petite machine. C'est pour payer quand tu te gare dans la rue. Au lieu d'etre obliger de calculer combien de temps, et puis apres tu peux rester que 2 heures et puis t'as pas de monnaie et le tabac du coin n'a plus de carte...
A la japonaise ca donne:
- tu peux rester autant que tu veux
- tu payes a la fin comme ca on n'en parle plus (ya un detecteur sur les places)
- tu peux mettre des billets
